Attorney Kristen Curtis has a passion for helping her clients find viable solutions to seemingly hopeless situations, getting their lives back on track. She caters her approach to each individual client.

Kristen focuses on helping clients with family law issues and criminal charges. In the area of family law, Attorney Curtis handles divorce, dissolution, child custody, visitation, spousal support and abuse, neglect and dependency cases.

In the field of criminal defense, Kristen defends clients accused of felonies, misdemeanors, juvenile delinquency and DUI.

Kristen's educational background includes a Juris Doctorate from the prestigious Case Western Reserve University School of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Government from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Kristen served as a Certified Intern for the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic and represented clients in Cleveland, Euclid and Cuyahoga County Municipal Courts. She also worked for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio on Federal criminal matters.

Additionally, she managed a heavy caseload of family law matters for the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland. Kristen was inspired to devote herself to the practice of law and the pursuit of justice after reading “To Kill a Mockingbird” while a young student. Her passion has only grown over the years, making her a forceful courtroom advocate for each of her clients.
